“i am so grateful for this store! after suddenly losing one of my budgies, i was very worried about being unable to find my remaining one a friend, as i could not find any for adoption online. i went to a pet's tale and they were incredibly kind and helpful, and i was able to adopt a budgie with a huge personality! please consider visiting this store if you are looking for a pet :)”

“I just started fo volunteer once a week here. They have friendly cats and they work hard to keep everything clean and in good shape, cats and cat furniture included lol. They need more volunteers!! I didn't realize how far away it was from my house hence the once a week lol.”

“We have two recently adopted pups and we had no idea how they’d handle professional grooming. We let the groomer (Hannah) know we weren’t sure about their experience with grooming and they were super patient and willing to help. Our boy is a big strong dog and everything he does becomes the most exciting thing he’s ever done. So he is very wiggly and jumpy and they still managed to do his groom.
Turns out the pups did great and neither of them seemed at all stressed when we picked them up. They were all tail wags and greeting everyone they met.
Handing my dogs over to strangers is never not scary but we’ll definitely be back. Not to mention grooming counts towards points.”
