Regenesis Thrift is described as an amazing ministry and a wonderful ministry that makes an impact in the community. Many note the management staff are great friendly people who really care about helping others. Shoppers find a lot of items to browse, with awesome finds and great prices on things like holiday decor, though some prices are noted as terrible. There is a report of a poor business practice where a price was increased on an item after a customer decided to buy it. Overall, it is seen as the best place to shop for some, with great deals and friendly staff.
