“Shoe Carnival has a great variety of shoes from heels, boots, flats, sandals, slides, etc. in all the famous brands. I love shopping the clearance section, and they always have the BOGO going on for most shoes. I'm always able to find shoes for myself and my Grandchildren. Also, the associates always make themselves available to help. Whether its greeting me as I walk in, helping me locate a specific brand or size, or simply answering questions. Great customer service! ?”
“I love the shoe department in SouthPark Mall. They have all varieties of shoes for men and women and children. They have boots / tennis shoes/ dress shoes/ work boots/ socks and much more. They run good sales all the time and they have a very good clearance section. They have a wide variety of shoes in their clearance section. They have plenty of friendly staff in the store. They are very willing to help you find anything you need. It is in a great location inside of South Park Mall. It is a very clean store. I bought one of my favorite pair of boots at this store and I wear them everyday. I give them five stars. I highly recommend the shoe department encore.”

“Manager is amazing. Give her a raise! Very knowledgeable on shoes, she helped me out with a return of a shoe that was sent to me by the Nike manufacturer but it was the wrong size and when it got sent back from the store they didn't have the shoe in stock so they never sent anything back but she was able to put the money back on my card and just went out of her way for me. This was all after I called corporate for them to merely tell me if I had the receipt I had to go back in the store and have her give me the refund.”
