“It's a ok place to go and has like a convenience store type setting in my aspect. I do not shop here often just because to me the atmosphere is kinda slow and anyplace that let's there staff sit at a register and almost all the time you have only one line open to about 15 people or more waiting to pay to get out and just makes people wanna drop what they have and leave. This company needs a new strategy I think but that's me. I'd rather pay the extra few bucks to get in and get out and have the same attitude but the employees lol”

“Was visiting on my birthday weekend very beautiful people ? ❤️ from getting a riding cart from the cashier nice and neat there had a salad from the salad ? bar omg I miss that salad was on point .The next time I visit....... I'll get the sushi ? ? ?”

“This Aldi is consistently clean and fully stocked. I always buy a fresh cauliflower pizza as they are the best we've had. My disappointment lies in it being a smaller store without a lot of selections that are available in other, larger stores.”

“I had the best experience this morning with the lovely lady making the in-store sushi…her warm, real, excellent customer service in addition to providing fresh as-ordered sushi while I shopped the store was so refreshing given the lack of happy-minded people which I tend to encounter at most retail stores these days…I will absolutely return today at lunchtime for a second sushi order! I have eaten sushi from a few local restaurants and none come close to the quality, freshness, and tastiness of the sushi prepared at the Hopewell, VA Food Lion location. One bad experience will forever scar the image I retain on a place and/or person but a great experience (and this is not my first excellent interaction with this lovely lady; I just now decided to share…) makes me want to tell everyone! Thank you ma’am for making my morning brighter and way tastier too! ?

As usual, the lady preparing the sushi is welcoming and accommodating; she made a special order of sushi for my specific wants…tuna and avocado roll made fresh…absolutely delicious! As I said before, I’ve had sushi from a couple area Japanese restaurants and not one comes close to the quality and overall taste of the sushi prepared at the Hopewell Food Lion. Kudos! Thank you for making me Saturday night delicious! ???”

“right near my house and super easy to walk to, always has faygo and arizonas for a dollar, great snacks for cheap and sells basic things like milk and possibly meat (im not sure)”
