Waited in line is self checkout and when I got to the register and rang up my items, then I found out it doesn’t take cash. There were no signs stating that. So I was told to go to check out. The employee didn’t give my change to me.

Poorly staffed. Barely anyone around. Didn’t have a single lane open despite going at a reasonable hour (5pm), only self checkout.
