“The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. Tim was amazing, patient, and was very detailed with information he shared. The delivery was scheduled for two days out but if I needed to change the date and time, they were willing to adjust it. My bed is supposed to arrive tomorrow (2/1/26) so hopefully the delivery guys will have the same great customer service.”

“Great experience, super friendly staff! Jim and Jessica were fantastic and really took their time reviewing the different configurations to help us determine the best set up for our home. As a result we were able to find the perfect living room set! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they have an absolutely fabulous dining set that only comes in one color even though the signage includes other options- which is misleading, but that's obviously no fault of the store or it's employees - im just super sad I couldn't get the color I wanted.”
