“Was heading from DC to Wilmington North Carolina with my buddy. F-350 transmission broke down Right outside town where they are located. Tow truck dropped it off on a Sunday, Left a message on VM to contact us on Monday which they did. They were exceptionally communicative, prices were very fair and they seem to have done an exceptional job. (Truck has been driving fine for the last year). Honest transmission shops that do good work are hard to find these days.”

“How often do we get to leave positive reviews for car care professionals?! It's often a tough experience all around. This week, I had major issues with my 2011 Sonata that made the car inoperable without workarounds. Knowing that it wasn't safe to drive that way, I was preparing to purchase a new vehicle, even having an approved loan check and new vehicle picked out. Something in me said that I should have the professionals at Goodyear take a look to confirm that the fix would be costly. Not only was the root cause very minor (a blown fuse), but also the folks at Goodyear treated me fairly by charging me only for that work. This has given me time to be more thoughtful about shopping for a new car and get the best deal in the last quarter of the year. After this experience, I will exclusively take my vehicles to Goodyear in the future and encourage my loved ones to do the same.”
