“Came in for a state inspection Wednesday. Heather at the front desk was very professional and took my information quickly the waiting room was clean with plenty of seating. Montana greeted me at my vehicle professionally, and let me know he was going to perform his inspection. After the inspection Montana informed me of what I should be aware of on the vehicle for future maintenance. All in all I had a great first time experience at Pep Boys and I will be returning soon thank you Heather and Montana.”

“2/14/24 : I've used the Richmond location a few times and I'm glad to say I received the same level of professionalism, speed and prices at this location. These guys do tires right for us owner operators. They even found a split in my sidewall that I hadn't caught. They're my goto tire guys at home and I'm glad that this location opend up closer to the house. Heads up if you have a trailer.
