“They really went above and beyond for service. My wife had a blowout and was frantic to get her tire replaced. Unfortunately, her car uses a special size. I called two national tire retailers; one said they could get a tire, and the other wasn't interested. I spoke to RimTyme and was told they could, but they would have to drive 45 minutes to pick it up. I felt bad and told him thank you, then called the Discount place; all of a sudden, they couldn't get the one priced for same-day, or any others, until tomorrow. I hung up, called RimTyme back, and they got it done in around 3 hours. Highly recommend, whether you are local or passing through with a need—only a mile off the I-95 exit. Thank you!!!”

“Was heading from DC to Wilmington North Carolina with my buddy. F-350 transmission broke down Right outside town where they are located. Tow truck dropped it off on a Sunday, Left a message on VM to contact us on Monday which they did. They were exceptionally communicative, prices were very fair and they seem to have done an exceptional job. (Truck has been driving fine for the last year). Honest transmission shops that do good work are hard to find these days.”
