“Inspection by appointment only, but I was out looking for an inspection and saw they had an empty bay so I stopped and they squeezed me in. Very reasonably priced for an oil change, inspection, and two bulb replacements. Very friendly staff and a comfortable waiting area (not that I even waited for very long). Fast, friendly and fair: exactly what I expect when I take my car in for service. I'm making an appointment next time because I won't go anywhere else.”

We finally found a place that was great and then I moved. Moving back here I was nervous but these guys were in great contact about my car repairs and what needed to be done.”
“We are a family owned and operated business serving the Tri-Cities for over 47 years. We do require scheduled appointments for our estimates. We also ask the required collision questions to best determine your claim needs. Sadly we do see attempts of insurance fraud and we will not align our business with such claims.Virtual Insurance Estimates (photo estimates) are accepted but it is clearly explained that delays in the repairs time is expected due to the missed damage on the photo written estimate. So a 3 week repair can take 40 days if clear damaged is missed and the shop is waiting on Insurance payment.”

“My husband and I were heading out of town for a long weekend when we stopped for gas in Colonial Heights. At the pump, we realized our back tire was almost completely flat! We drove to this Goodyear Auto Center to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately, after removing 2 nails, it was determined that it couldn't be fixed. A new tire had to be brought to the shop from another source. We had our dog with us, and so spent the next 20 minutes or so walking around the area. We headed back to the shop and the manager was kind enough to let us bring the dog inside (so we could sit down). Soon the car was ready. Start to finish it was 90 minutes! We were so grateful to the staff, Lawanda Hill, Hunter Wemmering, and others. They were so professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and will go there for our future tire needs.”

They seemed happy I was there whitch is a great change of pace especially being a woman with no car experience; going to an automotive shop can be intimidating sometimes. But Greg was very clear and helpful. He and the other staff seem to very personable and knowledgeable in thier profession and that made me feel very comfortable and confident in thier work. “Had a CEL come on during an extended trip. Made an appointment and got in same day with Loyalty VW and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately (and tell me it was under warranty). The part is back ordered, however, the service rep, Rob, was able to get it ordered & waitlisted, all while communicating this from the get go so I knew what to expect. Hands down the most communicative, informative and friendly dealership service dept. I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Will definitely be buying all of my vehicles and getting service from here in the future. A lot of the time these warranty covered issues get kicked to the side since the dealership has to eat the cost, but this was the complete opposite here. Thanks for for such quick & quality service”

“I liked that I was able to find tires at a reasonable price and make my appointment on line with an immediate next day time.The only problem I had was the tires I clicked online came up a different price when I checked out. It wasn't unreasonable mind you but a disappointment nonetheless.The staff was friendly enough. They took me in fast as well. I'd go back if I needed tires again.”
