We brought in our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee because of a noise we thought was normal from towing our trailer. Pretty normal for the amount of work they did. The car looks great and the price was alot better than the other chain shop we had the work quoted at that's down the road from them. “Chase and his crew save the day every time! From more serious repairs that required keeping my car overnight, to simple repairs, they show up and show out. Today was a prime example. The last thing I wanted to see today was my tire on my rim! What seems like an every day simple job to them, was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. He was even able to tell me more that was wrong, and fix that! Family owned and run businesses matter the most, and it’s because of this level of attention, care and integrity. “They really went above and beyond for service. My wife had a blowout and was frantic to get her tire replaced. Unfortunately, her car uses a special size. I called two national tire retailers; one said they could get a tire, and the other wasn't interested. I spoke to RimTyme and was told they could, but they would have to drive 45 minutes to pick it up. I felt bad and told him thank you, then called the Discount place; all of a sudden, they couldn't get the one priced for same-day, or any others, until tomorrow. I hung up, called RimTyme back, and they got it done in around 3 hours. Highly recommend, whether you are local or passing through with a need—only a mile off the I-95 exit. Thank you!!!”

Mr. Ali the technician who serviced my truck also reminded me that my State Inspection was over and said that he would be able to fit my vehicle in for service for a state inspection also. Upon finishing the inspection he instructed that there would be a couple of things that would be needed in a couple of months probably. I thought that was very thoughtful of Mr. Ali. Most of the time service techs just want to give you the inspection and nothing else said. But the guys there took the time to elaborate and explain what may need attention soon with my vehicle. I was extremely grateful for their expertise and patience with me. Awesome Job!”
