Tow truck dropped it off on a Sunday, Left a message on VM to contact us on Monday which they did. They were exceptionally communicative, prices were very fair and they seem to have done an exceptional job. (Truck has been driving fine for the last year). Honest transmission shops that do good work are hard to find these days.”

“How often do we get to leave positive reviews for car care professionals?! It's often a tough experience all around. This week, I had major issues with my 2011 Sonata that made the car inoperable without workarounds. Knowing that it wasn't safe to drive that way, I was preparing to purchase a new vehicle, even having an approved loan check and new vehicle picked out. Something in me said that I should have the professionals at Goodyear take a look to confirm that the fix would be costly. Not only was the root cause very minor (a blown fuse), but also the folks at Goodyear treated me fairly by charging me only for that work. This has given me time to be more thoughtful about shopping for a new car and get the best deal in the last quarter of the year. After this experience, I will exclusively take my vehicles to Goodyear in the future and encourage my loved ones to do the same.”

We brought in our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee because of a noise we thought was normal from towing our trailer. The staff quickly identified a serious suspension issue that could have become a major safety concern.
They sourced the necessary parts and completed the repair much faster than expected, getting us safely back on the road. Everyone was friendly, professional, and honest throughout the process. Very nice and respectful for even someone like myself that didn't follow directions very well. The oil change I had was as expected. Small independent shop that deserves people's support. Price was absolutely fair for an Amsoil Signature Series Oil change unlike a couple other places in the area. Will be on my list of places for sure.”

“Great customer service. Mr. Ali the technician who serviced my truck also reminded me that my State Inspection was over and said that he would be able to fit my vehicle in for service for a state inspection also. Upon finishing the inspection he instructed that there would be a couple of things that would be needed in a couple of months probably. I thought that was very thoughtful of Mr. Ali. Most of the time service techs just want to give you the inspection and nothing else said. But the guys there took the time to elaborate and explain what may need attention soon with my vehicle. I was extremely grateful for their expertise and patience with me. Awesome Job!”
