Worst service ever! Went to get help combining my Fios and Wireless bill on the My Verizon App since the Fios app is no longer available. 45 year old Persian dude refused to help and only gave me the Fios 800 number. Needed help, but it wouldn’t get him a commission, so he blew me off! It wasn’t even busy, there was only one other customer in there already being helped by someone else!

Verizon has always been a company that I held in high regards. Growing up we had our telephone for the house through Verizon. I got my first cell phone, that was built into the car through Verizon, all the way up to my now new smartphone. I upgraded and my experience was not good. Verizon is a network I think is still one of the best, but as a company selling products I feel now that Verizon is gouging and charging for things that in the past was always given as a benefit of being a Verizon customer. Even the staff have been trained. I believe, to get through a transaction quick and not put real feeling into their customer service job. If I didn't think Verizon was the best company, I probably would have left Verizon all together. I'm sorry to say

Literally the worst customer service I’ve experienced! The particular agent I had was rude not only to me but others. He didnt understand simple information & seemed uninterested in helping resolve my issue. Was there almost 3 hours without a simple have a great day. I will say the manager was a nice & professional man so for that they get 1star. Haven’t been in a store in over 10 years & after this experience it will be another. Do yourself a favor don’t come here

This store is garbage and Verizon customer service gets worse by the minute. They treat military customers like trash and Don have enough employees to help the people who visit the store in a timely manner. Their supposed customer service number isn't 24 hours a day. The most successful cellular phone company can't afford 24 hour customer service? We're thinking about switching because this company don't give two craps.

Mother of God they are slow. Quick to greet you and get you in the door and then you wait, and you wait, and you wait... Had to be there to help my mom, but this experience reminded me why I switched to T-Mobile a long time ago.

Not sure what her name is and I honestly don’t care at this point, but the short employee with the braids is rude as heck. She acts miserable & was not welcoming whatsoever. I knew more about her job than she did and had to coach her through her own software on how to look up a deactivated account. Not sure if she just had a bad day, but every time I would ask a question she was condescending for 0 reason. Maybe she needs a little retraining on customer service. She’s the type of employees that make you happy you have changed services. She was there today, 29 June.

RUDE!!! Never coming back to this Verizon store. Went in because my phone was frozen, I also wanted a new plan and to get off of the previous plan I was on. Instead of helping people were just standing around with their phones in hand. Then when it was finally my turn (maybe 3 other people were in the store this whole time) the gentleman was extremely rude and had an attitude straight off the bat. He Was not helpful at all and was giving conflicting information. Finally I just left. Will Never go back. If you value your time and don’t like being disrespected then don’t go to this store. Go to the other one next to Publix.

After two horrible previous Verizon stores (one with one just one overwhelmed employee and one with a j*** who was useless), this one had their act together. Electronic kiosk for the little stuff, and the guy who greeted me at the door was nice, pointed me to the kiosk, and I was done in under two minutes.
