I pulled up before 12 and I waited almost 10 minutes and it was after 12 when I got up there. They told me that they don’t close at 12 I got there at 12 but when I explain my situation they just ruined my whole Christmas to where I’m getting ready to switch banks I had fraud detection on my card last night and lost my whole paycheck that I got last night and I can cash a paycheck know your paycheck a check to be able to do Christmas from the family. I have to wait till Tuesday after Christmas basically ruined my whole holiday. I don’t have another day off until after January

GREAT! You want more interest on your money and treated like a person NOT a number come put your money here! You may wait for a customer service YET it's worth the wait because they go over EVERY possible way to resolve any issues and get a great rate on interest/loans/cd's/money market accounts the works!

I haven't been a member a month yet and I have had to get 5 yes 5 bank cards. I've gotten a new card in the branch and they still mail me a card. Insane!! Customer service is great though inside the Chesterfield branch. Fraud department still haven't put my funds back into my account. And checked my account today and someone has already taken funds out of my account. On the card I just got through FedEx. Smh

I want to know why I have to register my card in a new app to managed it opposed to how it use to be manageable within my account. Separate apps are not necessary nor convenient. I want an detailed explanation so I can understand what changed and why as this is isolated to VACU. Please and thank you.

These bigger credit unions do not want to earn your business. I successfully refinanced my truck at the same rate offered by Virginia credit union through caribou. DO NOT THINK YOU CANT GET APPROVED BY THESE SMALLER CREDIT UNIONS.

Horrible customer service opened a bank account debit card never sent after 3 months and branch says nothing they can do about it. Bank elsewhere. Stacy is very antagonizing and disrespectful. Untrained Branch Manager.
