Yes, it can be crowded sometimes because it's very popular -- try to visit on days when people are at work or school or go early as soon as they open. I always check their clearance items before looking at anything else because I'm guaranteed to find something I'll like in that section. Prices of non clearance items are fairly reasonable, and the clothing holds up well over the years with proper care.”

“The staff here is always really friendly and helpful but overall there's not a lot in there compared to some of the other locations. I wish they expanded the fragrances they carry but it's not their fault I guess it's because of the area. The store is always clean and orderly just not a lot of options.”
“JCPenney's is a wonderful department store located in SouthPark Mall. They sell everything from women's and men's clothing, footwear, jewelry and much more. They sell fine jewelry too. You can get nice kitchen decor. I highly recommend this JCPenney's.”
“I had an amazing experience. I am plus size and short and they had some really good options. She was so helpful finding me some options and getting me zipped up. I went all the way to Richmond shopped at several stores and found nothing. So being able to find something so close to home is great! Would highly recommend this shop they have plenty of options.”
