“We typucally stay in 4 and 5 star hotels when we travel, so I was a little anxious about what we would find. I need not have worried. Friendly staff, clean, fresh smelling room, soft, absorbent towels, ample bath room size, nice bed linens. Very pleasant experience.”

“To whom it my concern I have been at the quality inn in Covington for almost a month now its the cleanest and most pleasant hotel I stayed in. I travel for my work and I have stayed in hotels from Florida to Michigan from South Carolina to Oklahoma and by far this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. the employees here are absolutely fabulous they work with you they go out of their way to make your stay pleasant the girls that do the housekeeping what can I say absolutely wonderful they do it the best job of any housekeepers I've ever seen and the guys that work the front desk they're absolutely great they made my stay in Covington the best day I've ever had. Also the view up main street should be on a painting some where. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I would give it a 10 out of 10 thank you very much.”
“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Lety and Cary at the front desk were so accommodating and friendly! The evening gentleman was also very friendly and helpful! Lety and Cary were kind enough to put my room beside my sister’s room, and it was wonderful for our families while we were vacationing! They were also so kind to accommodate us and put us facing the pool, like we had requested! The room was very clean and it smelled fresh. The bedding was clean and the room was very clean. 5 STARS!!”
