Sheets were dirty and stained. Dirty duvet cover. Worn dirty furniture. No shampoo. Mold in shower. No accessible plugs for chargers. Lamps not plugged in and unable to reach plug. No hair dryer. Would never stay here again

This place has gone to crap in the last 5 years. The rooms are disgusting, the bedding is filthy. Was going there every year for the past 25 years but no longer stay here. It is Horrendous! Stay anywhere but here!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Lety and Cary at the front desk were so accommodating and friendly! The evening gentleman was also very friendly and helpful! Lety and Cary were kind enough to put my room beside my sister’s room, and it was wonderful for our families while we were vacationing! They were also so kind to accommodate us and put us facing the pool, like we had requested! The room was very clean and it smelled fresh. The bedding was clean and the room was very clean. 5 STARS!!

Excellent staff. There for a funeral and offered a ride to services if my ride was unavailable. Large clean room and comfortable clean bed. ( Outside needs a little bit of cleanup). Pool , crystal clean 😁 and not crowded. Enjoyed.

All the pictures are entirely misleading. This place is at best a one star motel first of all, with outdated and worn out amenities. The room has a musk of decades of cigarettes smoked, that alone kept me up half the night feeling nauseous. The cleaning was sub par, found hair in places like the bathroom sink that I don't want to know where it came from. The towels were old and stained and past their day. The toilet ran on and off through the night. The view isn't anything like the pictures, and what mountains you can see are only visible from the front desk. I didn't see a pool table or bar, and the pool needs looked pretty cruddy as well. All in all, poorly maintained and needs a thorough makeover. Wouldn't come back.

Low rating but get what pay for main reason says breakfast and there's no breakfast and restaurant on-site doesn't open till 4pm and no new towels and ran out toilet paper

We had the worst experience at this hotel this past weekend. We were in town for a baseball tournament for our son, and this hotel was “recommended” by the tournament director. Half of our team stayed at the hotel and so did other teams from our tournament. We were all very underwhelmed and unimpressed. The entire hotel was disgusting. We were told we could get a rollaway cot for an additional charge, when we arrived none were available (turns out the hotel only has one rollaway cot total). We didn’t have enough towels for our family. (Our double bed room had 3 dirty towels and 2 washcloths when we arrived). When I called front desk they said they didn’t have any more but I requested we at least needed one per person in our family. Our non smoking room had a terrible smell and was very gross. Our room hadn’t been vacuumed, hair was in shower, and the floors were disgusting. Every time one of us took a shower the shower curtain fell. According to an email received to our team we were told the hotel was “recently renovated”. This place is in serious need of some TLC because there is definitely nothing new or renovated going on. To top it all off, we requested a late check out at 1pm and were told yes. Room keys were disabled at 11 that day and we could not get back in our room. When I went to find someone at front desk, no one was anywhere to be found. I rang the bell multiple times, knocked on the office doors, called the hotel from what very little service I had in Covington, but nothing. I had to wait 20 minutes before someone showed up.
Don’t waste your time or money. This place was a total dump and we will not be returning.

I can't say much is bad. It's an older hotel, and it's not the Hilton, so to say. But, it's an ok place to lay your head down.

I was on a road trip and my car broke down, so this was a last minute book. The lady at the front desk was nice, but the room was disgusting. There was hair on the bed and in the shower. The skirt of the bed had stains all over it. The floors were sticky and you could see footprints from previous people in there. The bathroom wall and floor was covered in a layer of grime. There were cobwebs in almost every corner. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them along with the washcloths by the sink. There were also items left from previous people in the fridge, so who knows what’s actually being cleaned. I appreciated the convenience right off the highway, but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

if i could leave zero stars i would. i’m not bougie by any means, i’ve stayed in various places but this was absolutely horrendous. as soon as you take your shoes off, your feet turn black. filthy. the microwave hadn’t been cleaned, the beds.. you already know. the pull out couch mattress was so disgusting we had to put a blow up mattress on top. you can’t even look out the window because it hasn’t been cleaned in what it looks like, years. truly a disappointment. the restaurant lost its license we were told after paying. this place definitely has potential but i can tell it’s not being cared for at all and is just a means to make cash off of people. the only upside is the quietness. that’s it.
