“The staff at the Paint Bucket in Culpeper, VA were very helpful and nice. I was looking for some star washers for an automotive project and the Paint Bucket was recommended. They did have quite a bit of hardware items there, but did not have any star washers. I ended up going to LOWES in Culpeper to get what I needed.”
“This is the best Lowe's I have been to in a long time. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I came in late on a Friday night looking for several parts and I met up with Mr. Clyde in hardware and he immediately knew how to solve my problem and he gathered all the parts for me in a matter of five minutes. I appreciate it so much and I called him my God saving angel. If you need anything that needs fixing or just adding new things to your home this is the Lowe's to go to. Great service, great prices, A+ plus all around. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so much for all of your help!”
“Wanted to give Eric Canfield a shoutout and say thanks for getting our home filtration set up for our new build. Answered all my phone calls and questions. We have dealt with the Culpeper and ruckersville location for our house and the service is great. Thanks man!”
“So neatly arranged (no boxes and displays crowding aisles like another big box hardware store does in Warrenton). Always well organized and clean. East to find staff are where you need them.”
“Has Harbor Freight really been here for over 10 years? It feels like they just opened yesterday.
This location has a solid selection of tools that I've picked up and used over the years. Their Daytona floor jacks perform extremely well and are very comparable to higher-end brands, and the Hercules power tools have been reliable for me with zero issues as well (comparable to the Milwaukee brand). If you do a bit of homework in researching how others have rated the different tools here, you’ll be able to save tons of money by going with the options they sell here.
Also, the staff at this location have always been kind and helpful everytime I’ve gone to check out or ask a question. My younger son often comes with me just to look at tools, and the employees are always friendly and engaging with him, which I really appreciate.
Overall, it’s a great option for budget tools if you don’t want to spend a fortune at Lowe’s or take a hike up to Home Depot in Warrenton. Walmart does have their own line of cheaper tools, but Ive always felt that Harbor Freight is a step above. With Ace Hardware no longer around, this is one of the better remaining options in town for budget friendly.”
