“We have been going to Caton’s, a family-owned business for over 25-years and with good reason, highly competent mechanics who will fix the problem the first time correctly.
This establishment is the epitome of old-school customer service who prioritize quality-of- work.
You will be treated fairly, and unlike some chains, they will not attempt to upsell you a service or part that is not needed. They will take the time to clearly explain the issue, repair options and provide a detailed quote.
All repairs are verified by the owner or his shop manager. We have never had to take a vehicle back because they failed to resolve the issue. On the one occasion a part failed (manufacturer defect), they replaced it immediately without question.
In this day of many businesses prioritizing volume over service and customer loyalty, it is often difficult to find a reliable automotive repair establishment you can trust. Caton’s is that establishment you are looking for.

He took me to the shop to view the discovered leaks! I appreciated the extra attention! It was a long day there on site as I decided to wait. I did walk to Perfect Pita at the recommendation of Jace… another review coming. Top Line had a steady flow of customers (Jaguar & Landrover). It’s in an industrial area, way back in the back, look for the “graveyard” of jaguars old and newish around the building! I was greeted upon entry, completed the intake form and they took “Eboni” for service. George helped me navigate the tv and Jace kept me posted of the status. “Brought my Ford Escape for annual safety inspection, emissions smog check and oil change. Nataly Larin (service rep) told me the job will take roughly two hours. She gave me an update on what needs to be done to pass the safety inspection which I agreed to be done. Plus the recommended repairs of which I felt no pressure to get those done. True enough, Nataly came to pick me up from the waiting lounge two hours after dropped off (as promised) that my vehicle is ready. I am very satisfied with the service and attention that I received from Nataly. She has been the service representative twice in a row and I CAN say that she did an OUTSTANDING job. Kudos to her. Will definitely come back in the future.”
