I like that I don't have to leave the car. This is the first time i have been in since the remodel. Noticed there is a whole new crew. Not a bad thing; I just noticed it. Everyone was friendly and quick.

I love this Jiffy Lube because of the outstanding customer service I get when I go there. This is Leonard Scoggins's wife and my response to how I'm treated when I go there.
