“Someone left a card on my vehicle at the mall a while ago! I found it and decided to venture out for an oil change. Jace had a list of other things of urgency that needed attention. He took me to the shop to view the discovered leaks! I appreciated the extra attention! It was a long day there on site as I decided to wait. I did walk to Perfect Pita at the recommendation of Jace… another review coming. Top Line had a steady flow of customers (Jaguar & Landrover). It’s in an industrial area, way back in the back, look for the “graveyard” of jaguars old and newish around the building! I was greeted upon entry, completed the intake form and they took “Eboni” for service. George helped me navigate the tv and Jace kept me posted of the status. There is more work to do on her (brakes, belt replacement) so I’ll be back! Pricing and transparency is better than the dealership”
“The transmission of my 2011 Buick Enclave was overhauled and rebuilt. This was in August 2023 and as of December 2024, and 21,136 miles later, my Enclave is still going strong. I had concerns with a rebuilt transmission but, Mr. Cooper was straight up with me the entire time to include on pricing. No regrets with the rebuilt transmission however, I did have an accident with the Buick in early December. I still have no regrets as i will try to salvage my Buick and use it as my 2nd Car. Thank much you Mr. Cooper as the Transmission has held up with over 21,000 miles on it, I made the correct determination in having the Transmission rebuilt. Thanks a Billion.”

“On May 10, my father’s oil light came on at this location at time of opening. The manager Ricky squeezed him in immediately and when his tech discovered that my Dad was out of oil, he topped me up and refused to take payment. He also diagnosed the problem and provided him with a printout to take to the dealership. He was out of there within 20 minutes and is forever indebted to Ricky and his team.
