“I want to say thank you to Scott and the Capital Car Care team. My family has been a long time customer and always received excellent service that was fair and honest. Yesterday (9/3/24) my 2006 Scion Xb driver's side rocker panel plastic cover started to popoff and under it you could see rust, a hole. I went to Capital for advise on a body shop and after a quick talk with Scott regarding the plan for how much longer I planned to keep the Scion, a few more years, and its worth, a thousand or two tops, Scott came up with a very simple solution. He found areas of good metal/no rust and drilled a screw to hold the plastic panel in place and the car is now looking good. All his expertise, time, and effort were for "no charge" I cannot thank him enough. He has confirmed why I'll be a customer for life.”

“Someone left a card on my vehicle at the mall a while ago! I found it and decided to venture out for an oil change. Jace had a list of other things of urgency that needed attention. He took me to the shop to view the discovered leaks! I appreciated the extra attention! It was a long day there on site as I decided to wait. I did walk to Perfect Pita at the recommendation of Jace… another review coming. Top Line had a steady flow of customers (Jaguar & Landrover). It’s in an industrial area, way back in the back, look for the “graveyard” of jaguars old and newish around the building! I was greeted upon entry, completed the intake form and they took “Eboni” for service. George helped me navigate the tv and Jace kept me posted of the status. There is more work to do on her (brakes, belt replacement) so I’ll be back! Pricing and transparency is better than the dealership”
