Walked in late due to traffic for Notary service. A gentleman greeted me warmly and Nesenia was so polite, friendly, although it was late she did not rushed me. She went above and beyond that I am taking care as a valued cutomer. 5* to Nesenia. Thank you!

I visited the branch today for a statement and I think he was the manager who gave me an unusable bank statement. Moreover, he needs to learn respect and professionalism and how to treat people.
