The folks that came to our house to change us over to Lumos were first Caleb & Sydnie then later on Andrew and all of them were better than 1st. rate if that is possible. Absolutely wonderful service! Called them on Friday and was able to have someone out by Monday! He came in and fixed our issue in less than 15 minutes. Our ethernet ports were not working, so our wifi used to run 40mbps and now runs over 800! He was so nice and knew exactly what he was doing!
