101 Church Ave SW, Roanoke“David is the nicest, most cheerful USPS employee I have ever interacted with. He is awesome and makes visiting the post office, which is usually not a pleasant experience, much more pleasant! He needs a raise!!!”
“I went in to get a simple passport renewal but came to find out I had to reapply which needs an appointment. Tracy helped me at this branch and she was fantastic. Even though I needed an appointment she helped me anyway and I was very grateful for her help and her wonderful personality. We need more Tracy's working at post offices around the country.”

“I do a lot of shipping out of this location. They are polite and knowledgeable. They have regulations and are on camera all the time . They do their very best to the best of their abilities. Dealing with rude comments and attitude makes for a long day for them.”

4952 Lee Hwy, Troutville“This place is great! Stacy helped me with my outrageous request of shipping nearly 50 priority mail boxes all while continuing to help other customers. The process was smoother than I ever imagined it would be and I’m so glad I went here for this task!”
“James is an amiable individual with a phenomenal and swift work ethic. He delivers the mail amongst my neighborhood and goes the extra mile to leave packages in great condition, too. I never have issues with receiving packages accordingly.”

223 S Roanoke St, Fincastle“I've always had great service here. Friendly face at the counter and a local small town feel. Just have to remember the counter is closed from 1-2 and not 12-1.”
“Great customer service. The postal clerk was by herself. She efficiently took care of each customer in a proficient and timely fashion. She was also very helpful and friendly.”
“We need to thank our Federal employees, many of them are veterans. My dad was a postal clerk in Hot Springs VA then postmaster in Warm Springs VA many years ago.Postal workers have a tough job trying to get the mail to us in a timely fashion. Their routes are timed and they're accountable for taking too long. You think your job is demanding - they really have a lot of pressure to get things done!”
“Was just told by USPS customer service that a pallet arrived on Sunday and it’s just sitting there not processed. Meanwhile I’ve been getting mail daily and this was supposed to arrive already. FIRE DEJOY. I don’t what you guys are doing, letting packages sit for over a week is crazy. I was told a LOT of packages besides mine are just sitting too.Spoke with a guy who works there and he was very nice. Looked for my package and didn’t see it. Explained all the possibilities of what may have happened. I don’t have my package and I’m not happy about it at all. Unsure if Amazon or USPS are to blame.”
“I never in my life thought I’d write a review about a Post Office, but there is something about this location that brings me so much joy. I have never encountered such a consistently enthusiastic, friendly, efficient, and helpful staff. Every single person that works there - whoever is doing their training is doing a phenomenal job. I stop in here a lot on my way to and from work, and I swear I leave with a smile on my face every single time.”
