Highly recommend if your someone who’s really into fashion and have money to spend. We came on Black Friday like we do every year, and we spent $500. I guess it’s a good excuse for it being Black Friday. I got an adorable leather jacket and I made my own personal charm necklace and added the charms myself since I make jewelry. Super enjoyable experience.”

“Stopped by here recently as I always do when I’m back in town visiting valley view mall. Naomi is my favorite cashier! She always provides the best customer service and I can’t think of a better example to have someone represent the brand for the company. I’ve never had a bad experience here but it is an absolute joy having someone be glad to help assist you and ensure you’re comfortable with the visit. It is very difficult to find employees like this these days. 10/10 would recommend”

“I usually just go in to pick up my packages of stuff I buy online but everytime I go in, I'm greeted with a smile! Everybody that I've had an interaction with has been wonderful! And I hardly ever have to wait unless there is a customer already being helped.
My mom went to get me a Christmas gift from there and they helped her pick it out. They helped her with my size and the shirt she got was actually 2 sizes smaller than what I normally buy but it was a shirt that was made big and they told her I should definitely be able to fit it. It fits perfectly and is actually my favorite shirt!”

She was SO welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. She helped me find a beautiful pair of shoes and the perfect bag to pull everything together, and she made the whole experience feel effortless.

“Wow I thought this place had gone bankrupt!!! I haven't thought about JCPenney for at least 15 years. They've got nice stuff--suit separates, womens wear. Prices online are better. The first time I visited i went in the lower level and it definitely felt like I was in a restricted access area and no one was around. But I've been back a few times and have had good shopping experiences there. I dont even go to Macy's or Belk anymore because I like JCPenney's stuff better. I did an online return to store that went fine.”
