I'm glad that the JCPenny in Valley View is still open. In a world where everyone orders online it's nice to have a physical location to shop. They have a nice selection of clothing and small appliances to choose from. Store was relatively clean and everyone I encountered was nice enough.

Store is clean and staff were attentive, and friendly. Its still nice to see items in person before purchasing but towel items are not the same quality they once were.
