“A friend and I stayed here for a long weekend while in town for a race, and we don’t have enough nice things to say about our visit. The inn was very cozy, inviting, clean, and ready to take care of us. But the best part was the people - Elizabeth and Pat, the hosts, were extremely friendly, great to talk with, and very invested in each of their guests visits. This is also the type of place where you can get to know the other guests as well and hear their stories. I couldn’t recommend this place more!”

“This is the second time I've stayed here, and if you're not looking for fancy—and let's face it, if you're in Damascus, Virginia—you ain't looking for fancy because it ain't here! If you're looking for a cute, cozy cottage with a great host, then this is your place!!”

“A great place! I had reserved the entire Lodge for a large family gathering. I saw no other properties in the area that could have had our group all together. Everyone had a great time and was very comfortable. The large deck area was almost like being in a tree fort--overlooking the trail and the river. Everyone wants to come back in the future.”
