Shuttle Shack is a family-owned shuttle service and outfitter for the Virginia Creeper Trail. It is described as the best shuttle service period, with many customers using them for years and refusing to go anywhere else. The owners and staff are super friendly, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about the trail and surrounding area. They are very accommodating, make people feel like family, and are excited for guests to have the best, stress-free time. They offer shuttles to points like Whitetop and Abingdon for biking the trail, which can take a few hours including stops. The drivers are friendly, informative, and gentle, though the mountain roads are windy. They also rent plenty of well-maintained bikes, including mountain and cruiser styles. The team is helpful from start to finish, even assisting with unexpected issues. Highly recommended by all, it is an awesome experience for a favorite fall activity. Reservations are suggested ahead of time.

Wasn't sure about doing this side of the Creeper Trail! But this was amazing !! The Shuttle Shack was all ready for us....no time waited and our bikes were fitted to us immediately!! Super friendly personnel and so knowledgeable about. The trail and bikes!! A MUST DO !

Absolutely wonderful experience! Great electric bike option if desired. Jennifer and her daughter set us up well with bikes for a great afternoon on the beautiful Creeper Trail.
