Needs better customer service, got a bunch of young kids working in there with no charisma and ability to sell or help promote a product.

Danielle is prompt, courteous and helpful with excellent follow-through. I appreciate her help in solving the issues I had and highly recommend her. It is a delight to rely on someone with deep knowledge and experience. She makes you feel like family. I feel more confident about my first iPhone purchase thanks to her.
