I’ve never been treated so rudely by management and staff at any old navy locations. Returned my entire order and will order online moving forward. My mother was correct when she said they had a terrible store in Danville.

When an individual goes shopping in a store. You expect to be treated with some type of respect from the employees that work there. I did not receive this at all from the employees at the register in at the Danville, Va store. The cashier was rude and she was hateful to me. She kept walking off from ringing me up to deal with people who had call-ins instead of finishing with me first. Then she got somebody else to start ringing me up and then interrupted him so she could finish ringing me up. And when there was a price problem, the manager wasn't very nice either. And when I got ready to leave after serveral minutes, I look to her and I said thank you. And all she did was roll her eyes at me and did not say anything. I have been a loyal customer to you guys for many years. But after the night no more. I'd rather pay a higher price somewhere where I am respected and treated like a human being then go in your store ever again to purchase anything. I won't be back again.

Quite a successful shopping experience as both myself and finance were able to find a number of pieces which we really liked. Not only has the quality of their clothing improved, the variety is great, and lastly, the prices were great. I'd highly recommend to folks who like great deals on simple pieces & I'll for sure be back.

I was in the store last Friday doing last minute school shopping and the guy followed me around the store made me feel super uncomfortable when I was assisting my daughter n the fitting room I complained to the cashier and she agreed he was a creep his job was to keep the fitting room clean and make sure the tables are folded neatly....my concern was he showed no respect for my 9 year old as I was assisting with the jeans I was trying to be discreet and he is literally over my shoulder I left the wide leg jeans n the fitting room and paid for all the other items and left and I made sure to let him kno he was acting creepy

They never have my size in any of the 3 shirts they have on clearance when I go in there. One time I thought I found a large. They tricked me. The sales people stuck the wrong size sticker on the shirt. I honestly don't even know why I bother going in anymore. Maybe just to see how long it will take for them to put something besides XXXS on clearance.

I'm very displeased by the worker taking clothes back she didn't ask if I wanted cash,gift card, exchange or put back on my card. She just went ahead and put back on card and said I put it back on your card I can't do anything else after it done. That is very unprofessional in her actions. Then when she seen I was displeased with this she laughed thinking if funny.

This store is always in need of housekeeping. Somebody should be folding at all times. Get them dust bunnies. They stopped hiding.
