We stopped by Mac’s but unfortunately they were not able to help us in such short notice as we were on a tight schedule. However, the were kind and directed us to a service provider who could help.

“Stopped by today just to ask about prices on tires/alignment. D'anje' was great, so grateful for his patience with my multiple questions, and I ended up leaving with the work actually done today. He was great with explaining all the options, prices, etc.
But it was a small thing that really made this a 5 star visit. I had wiper blades in my front seat (so I wouldn't forget to replace them myself) and aside from noticing that and offering to throw them on for me, he realized I had been sold the incorrect blades (from another store) and price matched the correct ones and got them on the car. It wasn't an upsell, it was noticing something small and ultimately saving me a meltdown when I tried to change them haha! To me, that's what makes good customer service great.
I left 100% satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. And while D'anje' took great care of me, I could tell the other guys at the counter would treat you just as good.

“My tires were wearing unevenly and I was having bad vibrations when on the highway. Stumbled across reviews for Loftis and decided to trust them for some new tires and an alignment.Having automotive issues is stressful. Worrying about damage to your vehicle, vehicle breaking down, and then concern with what repairs will cost. So having friendly salespeople and technicians is very much appreciated and goes a long way to alleviating some of that stress. Loftis knocked it out of the park in this regard. The young salesman (wish I could remember names better) immediately helped me when I entered. Within just a few minutes he was ordering my tires and I was dropping my car off.Even as a walk-in they got my car taken care of same day. Everyone was friendly and prices are fair. I just left from picking my car up a short while ago but so far it is handling much better and definitely riding smoother.Highly recommend Loftis for any tire-related issues you may have. They will definitely be who I trust for any future tire needs.”

“Sam's has a great price on tires, and the staff did a great job installing and balancing my tires. They got started on time and had me out of there with 4 new tires and tire pressure sensors within a few hours. When I purchased the tires online, I didn't see an option to replace the tire pressure sensors. Fortunately, there was no one behind me for another appointment, so they upcharged me around $180-200 to replace the 4 sensors and respective valves. Guy had to grind one of the valves off, as it seemed to weld itself together. I suspect this was the failed TPS causing my light to stay on. I'm just glad the light is off now. Only complaint I have is I offered to pull my car into the garage because it's a manual, and the guy tells me he's got it. Red lines the car and slowwwwllllyyy lets out on the clutch. I was livid! This is no way to learn to drive a stick. Do that on your own time at a CarMax or something, bro. I trusted this guy with my baby, and all I could smell was my clutched getting incinerated by this idiot! I'd do Sam's for tires again, but under the condition I drive my own car into the garage. Otherwise, great experience.”
“Wow!! Excellent service this afternoon. I had an issue with a trailer tire after leaving a job site while being out town. Googled tire repair near me and thankfully this location appeared in my search. Kenny, one of their experienced technicians assisted and fixed what was needed. I'm leaving this post due to the way I was treated, customer service, and for Kenny seamlessly working me in with everything else he had scheduled. Much appreciated!!!! (Recommend) Stay safe”
“I have had a lot of work done at Smith Davis tire and they always did a great job. I now currently live in Naples, Florida but maybe in the area in a couple of days so I may have him do some stuff to my 2024. Ram 3500 crew cab long bed dually 4x4. But yeah, Smith Davis will take good care of you and their prices are reasonable. And the interesting thing is it's like they know my name whenever I walk in old school but good school!!”
