“I had to drive 2 hours to visit this store(wrote reason below) to do electric wiring for trailer and this store is the best. They are very professional and especially the guy who seems to be the lead engineer is very thoughtful!!!I have communicated with 3 different UHaul places so far and I got very disappointed with all of them. My appointment was modified without notice twice and then canceled because of the reason an employee hasn't come and electric wiring needs at least 2 people labor?????? Also, I was told to get call back but never got call backs from different stores. Very unprofessional.”
“After waiting more than an hour for another local service company (and an expected 1 1/2 hours more before attending), I called Central Wrecker. Their office staff was polite & went the extra mile to see if they could get someone in the area to make a quick drive-by. The service person was there & had my car running within 20 minutes.
