“Almost all the staff has been great...But I had one not so great experience which is why I'm reducing it by one star. There's a woman that works at the register who seemed to take things a little bit too personally. I had to return some unopened, pristine merchandise that I bought. She was aggressive, almost bullying, during the exchange. My prior visit she was great .. maybe an anomaly, but it does throw a little tarnish on the company image.”
“Absolutely top notch service..Cole helped me with a grill and the gorgeous girl I spoke with first I want to say her name was Whitney but if I'm wrong I'm sorry I stopped her as she was walking outside and she helped me with a smile... Absolutely love the service you receive!!”

“Not only is this place extremely well stocked with a huge variety of items the staff are the nicest people possible and very knowledgeable. The prices on their marine adhesives and similar supplies are lower than I expected also. Definitely lower than West Marine.”
