“Honest Work and Great Customer Service
We had some body work done at Ferber’s Auto Body, and while the final cost ended up being over $200 more than the original estimate, there had been no communication or approval beforehand. When we went to pick up the car and brought this up with Brad, he immediately acknowledged the oversight and agreed that we should have been contacted before the work was completed. Without any hassle, he made it right and honored the original estimate.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business responds says everything — and Ferber’s handled it professionally and fairly. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences here, and I’ll definitely continue to bring them my business. Highly recommend for both the quality of work and the integrity behind it.”

“We were traveling to South Carolina and experienced issues with our breaks. We safely made it to Ashland in the middle of the night. The next morning we went to Blaine’s and explained the issue and that we were our way to SC. Blaine’s had our vehicle in their shop, diagnosed the issue and repairs done in less than two hours. The price was reasonable and fair. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we could continue on our trip. We cannot express our gratitude enough. Ashland is lucky to have a company like yours. We are thankful for all of your assistance. We were hundreds of miles from home, and blessed to have encountered such hospitality!”

“5 Stars for being the biggest scam in Ashland. Seems I'm not the only one giving this place a review about bad faith Commonwealth of Virginia State Vehicle Inspection, charging for work not performed and suboptimal work ethics. My vehicle was towed in with 2 issues. A bad power steering pump and a rear driver side brake system locked up. Months went by like others have said too and I get a call saying it's ready. They did a test drive as usual however when the employee pulled back up to the shop with my car, I heard grinding coming from the same rear driver side tire. I asked about the noise and he stated it was just a rock. That rock was really the brake pad rivets grinding my rotor. I made 17 miles before it locked up and blew out my tire. Glad my kids were not in the car or my oldest driving the car. When I met with the owner and showed the pads and rotor he shrugged it off like not his problem. If you have loved ones avoid this place. You could potentially be putting yourself or loved one in harms way. This place brings a bad name to Ashland Mechanics who actually care and aren't doing wrong by people. Everybody can't be wrong!! Just read the reviews and skip this place. Wish this review had a spot to upload pics.”
“I needed my 91 Chevy K1500 pickup driverside door replaced. It had been crushed when I ran it into a tree with the door open. I found a door on Facebook Marketplace from a 95 truck that was all electric, my truck was all manual and non electrical, but it would fit. So Lovings worked their magic and combined the two making a new door, including swapping out the guts to match the other door. Aside from all that, the hinges were damaged and needed to be cut out before welding new ones in place. Somehow they were able to use the inside panel from the damaged door and the outside panel of the replacement door. The result was a door that matched the other door exactly, inside and outside. The bottom line is that they did a great job quickly and charged me a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Loving's.”

“I had discussed the addition of foot boards to the 2023 Silverado and with Megan's help, we decided on the slimline black on black option for the crew cab. After ordering and receiving the foot boards, the installation was quick and very clean (appearance and style).
What an amazing difference and great looks... the foot boards are sleek, low profile, and give the truck an incredible look! Luck parts and service personnel have done it again!
I can confidently say that I will bring the truck back in for more additions to it's performance and appearance!

“I cannot say enough good things about River City Customs! I have a problem-child Mustang (highly modified and supercharged) that had begun turning off at highway speeds. I called RCC for information and a possible appointment. The gentleman I spoke with provided me an over-the-phone diagnosis, as well as a test I could perform for verification *at no charge*. His suspicions were correct: my cam position sensors were failing. I was able to easily replace these components, and now my car runs like a top!”

“We have used Sheehy Ford Ashland for years. The service department has always been reliable and helpful, but they went through a rough patch about two years ago... Maybe keeping employees. We had trouble getting service during that time. Last week, we had our Ford F150 serviced. The work was was completed promptly, and the employees were helpful and knowledgeable. They even drove the truck home upon completion of the job! That's good service!”
