“Pulaski Express Lane runs like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). Thanks to a great staff, including mechanics and front folks, and an emphasis on competence and orderliness, this is a stellar business.They do state inspections as well as routine (and not so routine) maintenance. They have parts in stock. You can watch the mechanics working in the shop from a window in the waiting room if you like.I recently had brake pads and rotors replaced, spark plugs replaced, and the radiator flushed. My car is 10 years old, and I hope to keep it on the road for a lot longer. I’ve always been happy to trust the maintenance to this business.The front staff, Shannon, Regina, and Ray are so nice! They are professional and efficient, but also friendly and kind. The waiting area is immaculate, comfortable, and quiet. The vibe in there makes you glad to wait for your car to be serviced.BE AWARE they do not schedule appointments, but rather work on a first-come, first-served basis. They open at 7:30, so be there early to be first in line. Please don’t complain about having to wait. Bring something to do or have a friend pick you up. I promise no one is deliberately wasting time.I’m grateful to have Pulaski Express Lane here in Pulaski, just five minutes away. I recommend them without reservation.”

“If you want a mechanic you can trust in the area I highly recommend Jason here. He knows what he is doing and helps explain what is wrong and shows you what is wrong. He doesn't replace parts for no reason and makes sure you are fine with it beforehand. Even when my van was fully fixed up and the check engine lights came back on he checked them out each time and put my mind at ease about any issues. I wouldn't go to anyone else for repairs on my vehicle from now on.”

“Jorge at Jim Dandy Auto Service is one of the most helpful and sweetest people we met in Pulaski, VA. My parents were traveling, on their way to AZ, when they had a roller over accident off of 81. Jorge was called to the scene to tow their totaled vehicle and assist with cleanup from the accident. She and the local police did a great job on scene, assisting my mom as best they could during a tragic accident. Once my husband and I made it to Pulaski to assess the situation, Jorge was so incredibly helpful and so kind, answering any question we had since we were out of towers dealing with a tragic accident/situation. “Showed up out of the blue looking to change a semi trailer tire which I had. Justin needed them to dismount/remount. Anyway, i ask about a steer tire and their prices were unbelievably low for a heavier duty tire than I previously had. Fast forward to now, my bill has no “extra” charges, the shop guys taught me a few things, and i was honestly right in and out. 5/5. I will definitely return for tires on my truck and flatbed”
