After struggling and going to four stores....yes four stores, literally on the phone with customer service for 1.5 hours. Tiffany got my phone back working and me back connected!!!!!! Highly recommend and above and beyond service!!!!! Its sad this store is closing as I don't believe they are gonna find another customer service representative as caring, hard working and that go getter personality as Tiffany does!!!!!!”

“I must be one of the lucky ones because my internet service is fast, reliable and only goes out occasionally. Generally, I get good help on the phone when needed. I had to take away one star only because my last appointment was scheduled for a Saturday between 8:00AM-12:00PM and nobody showed up. I called at 2:00PM asking where the tech is and they said they'd contact dispatch and let me know. Nobody called. I called back at 6pm and the place was closed. I waited around all day for someone to come and do what was a 15-minute modem swap.
The following Monday I was told, yeah, they had a tech call out. Ok fine, that happens. So, CALL ME. Let me know I don't need to hang around my house when I have things to do. Especially when I called first and requested an update.
Aside from that no complaints. But they lose a star in customer service.”
