“I found exactly what I was looking for in flooring at ProSource! Carrie O'Connell was the sales manager who helped me and she made the process so easy! After describing the range of color and texture I was hoping for she found lots of samples for me without my having to dig through a mountain of things I did not need. She also reached out to my contractor which I very much appreciated for pricing and ordering info. The flooring was also better quality than other places I looked I felt. Carrie saved me a lot of time, was fun to deal with and The pricing was very reasonable. Then I went back to look at quartz for counter tops and again Carrie was so helpful and honed right in on perfect samples for me.”

“This is a great place to donate items that help others. They seem to have things that are typically hard to find and the proceeds they receive from selling the donations they use to help the less fortunate.”

“I went to this location in Ashburn today and had one of the best experinces ever in a Home Depot. I was greeted by two very pleasant employees at the cashier by the door (Omar and Jayne). They were super kind and asked me if I need any help. I asked them few questions about lumbar items and they called a lumbar expert for me immediately to ensure I am helped promptly and properly. The lumbar specialist was super amazing and as friendly and pleasant as Omar and Jayne. His name was Robert! Robert was truely a Lumbar department expert and helped me find the product that best suit my needs. He cut the product for me in a very seamless fashion. I have never had such an experince in a Home Depot before and I couldnt hold myself from leaving this review. The entire staff at this location must be amazing I am sure since the encounter with these three employees was such a high standard. Thank you for being so honest to your work and customers!”

He grabbed Carlos for assistance, the two of them were happy be there working, happy to assist with loading and a pleasure to meet. You don’t find environments like this often anymore in large retail. I will chose this Lowe’s over competitors due this customer experience.
