“Jayleen is the manager of Claire’s in Dulles Mall and was supposed to get off of work at 6:00pm and we were running late due to traffic and when I called she told me to take my time and she would be here. She was wonderful, professional and the store was so clean and organized. I will definitely be back to get my other kiddos ears pierced and mine too and will only trust this manager Jayleen. She made my daughter feel at ease and a terrific experience getting her ears pierced for the first time! I was so grateful that she stayed after hours and took a picture to always treasure this memory! I highly recommend this Claire’s and especially if getting your ears pierced!”

“It is an average store for the airport. Their prices are a bit high, but are clearly posted. A nice place to walk through while you wait for a flight, you will also find a friendly staff who are willing to show you whatever you want to see.
