“I came here to get a Burberry watch battery replaced and I really liked the guy and how he as able look at the watch right away. After replacing the battery he told me the watch still did not work and basically his dad was as backed up for several months and could not take on any repairs for now. He did make some suggestions on getting another watch for about the cost of the repairs on eBay. I actually listened to him and getting a watch from there today. I really appreciate his honesty and can not believe they been there for 47 years repairing watches and selling jewelry.”
“Wife and I came in to get her wedding ring and engagement ring soldered together. Megan helped us out and not only are the prices fair, they were able to do it within a few hours the same day. Lastly we noticed the ring was even cleaned for us so came out looking very sparkly. Highly recommend this place, great experience and service.”
“Nice store, friendly staff, cool rocks. Only downside is whatever they used to try to get the price tags off of the crystals (smells like WD40). The strong smell and oily residue takes more work to clean off than removing the price tag does in the first place. If I return I’ll make sure to ask for crystals to be left as-is.”
