About National Car Rental
National Car Rental is conveniently located near Dulles Airport, making pickups easy and hassle-free. Customers appreciate the cleanliness of the cars and the nearby petrol station, which adds to the convenience of returning vehicles. Many have returned multiple times due to their positive experiences.
While the service is generally fine, some customers have encountered issues with specific car designs that can create safety concerns, particularly regarding visibility. Despite these occasional challenges, outstanding customer service sets National apart from other rental companies. One customer highlighted a staff member named Mustafa, who provided exceptional assistance by returning lost items and helping with vehicle setup.
Most reviews reflect satisfaction with the overall service, noting that choosing a vehicle is straightforward and enjoyable. However, some customers mentioned variability in vehicle availability and customer service experiences, ranging from five-star to two-star ratings. Overall, National Car Rental is regarded as a reliable choice in the rental car industry, offering a solid experience for travelers.
