“It was a quick and fairly easy process. My only feedback is regarding the temp deposit. First, maybe I overlooked it but I never saw anything about how much is required for a deposit. Then I learned if I use a debit card, it's $500 plus a credit check. It's one thing to be aware of and another for it to be a surprise when i pick up the rental. I'll still give Hertz a five stars since it might be my error.”

“I had never rented from National before and decided to give it a try while I visited Virginia from June 26 - July 7. Could not have been happier with my experience. There’s a shuttle from the airport and my driver was so nice and grabbed both my bags while getting on and off the shuttle. I had no issues with my car and got to pick from a lineup of options. I drove a Hyundai Tucson and thought it was a really comfortable car!! Will definitely rent from National again 😊”
