“I would have given a 1 star review due to some issues I had when I tried to get a replacement car the next day. I came in late at night but they only had passages vans for rentals, I agreed to take one for yhe night and replace it the next morning. When I tried to get my replacement, they ended up closing my account and I thought my whole vacation would be ruined. I ended up talking to Corey wells and told him my situation and what happened the night before. Corey was calm and collective and made sure that I wouldn't worry to much as he can help figure out my situation. It didn't take Corey too long and he was able to start a new reservation withing a few minutes with my original pricing and a car rental. I am so grateful that Corey was there to help and helped saved my vacation from starting as a disaster. Just wanted to let you Know Corey that you did an amazing job and I appreciate your help that morning. I would greatly recommend how responsive the staff is when an issue arises.”
“We received quick friendly service at the Dulles enterprise location. Everyone took pride in their service and that makes a rental car choice a no brainer for me! Enterprise all the way! Thank you all!”
“Excellent customer service with knowledgeable and helpful agents for pick-up and for return. We were expecting a Camry suitable for 5 people but were unexpectedly provided a Toyota 4Runner, which was very helpful later in the trip to hold 7 passengers. Saved us from using 2 cars!”
“I accidentally left my sunglasses in the rental car after returning it yesterday. When I came back to the counter today, the staff was extremely helpful, efficient, and located my item right away. Extremely reliable and professional team—highly recommend Alamo at this location!”
“I will never rent from another company. Marin Morton the area manager went above and beyond. I landed at IAD from DFW and was having a horrible experience with other companies that manipulate civilians to use their resources by shuttling from the airport. Nearby is Go Rentals, I wish I would’ve known about them prior to be given the “run around” for hours. I called Go Rentals and Marin picked me up from my location and drove me back to their office. I had difficulties with payment and she took hours out of her day to attend to my needs. After contacting the proper resources back in Dallas and multiple emails and phone calls Marin did; my day did a complete 180. Look no further then “Go Rentals.” Ask for Marin Morton and she will make sure your experience is nothing short of easy and wonderful.”
“Dan is an exceptional courtesy bus driver for Avis here in Dulles, VA. He helped us load our luggage, provided complimentary water and snacks, and pointed us in the direction of our airline terminal door.”
“It was a quick and fairly easy process. My only feedback is regarding the temp deposit. First, maybe I overlooked it but I never saw anything about how much is required for a deposit. Then I learned if I use a debit card, it's $500 plus a credit check. It's one thing to be aware of and another for it to be a surprise when i pick up the rental. I'll still give Hertz a five stars since it might be my error.”
