Daniel Bonner help us decided what needed to be done and worked up a quote. Janiel was Rodolfo followed up and completed the renovation. Grady Morris (Grounds Maintenance Division) gave us a prompt and reasonable quote. His advice helped transform our yards into well ordered, low maintenance sanctuaries.
The landscaping team, led by Mariano Jr, did an excellent job executing Grady's plan. We are very grateful for their hard work.

“I applaud the store manager Brad for his attention to detail and willingness to help a customer. I was struggling lifting a 4'×8' piece of plywood onto my cart for a few minutes until Brad walked by to offer me a hand. There were others at the register that probably saw me and didn't help (but that's another story). He helped me load the plywood onto the cart and even found me someone who would help me get it cut into my desired size. Unfortunately the cutting machine was down and I couldn't purchase the wood as a result. Brad then offerred to put the wood back. This is the type of customer service that is lacking at most retail stores, even at big chain home improvement stores. I truly appreciate that the store manager would take time out of his day to physically help me. Thank you again Brad!”

“The Home Depot in Chantilly has been a great spot anytime we’ve needed something for the house, yard, or random weekend project that somehow turns into three trips. The store usually has a huge selection, and we can almost always find what we’re looking for without much trouble.
What stands out most is the customer service. Staff has been friendly, willing to point you in the right direction, and actually helpful when you’ve got questions instead of just waving toward an aisle. Overall, just a really dependable Home Depot with a good selection and a team that makes the experience easier.”
