very rude and disrespectful stuff , hope someone talk to cashier that how they should respect and talk to customers This is Ross, not some fancy store. Items could very much have tiny specs of something before they’re even bought. Worst manager and customer service ever. Do not recommend buying from this location.

I have been to this store multiple times pre-pandemic. Ross is well-known for their decent/low prices. At one point, this was the best, most cleanest/well kept Ross in the area.

Worst customer service experience ever. I bought a dress for my sister a few days ago but she didn’t like it. I came back here to return when it was only tried on once, never actually worn. The manager refused to take the refund even though the tag was still attached and I had a receipt. First she said the item didn’t match the receipt based on the description but the item and the receipt had the same barcode. Then she tried to find any small defect in the dress just so she has a reason not take the refund. The dress was bought in that condition. This is Ross, not some fancy store. Items could very much have tiny specs of something before they’re even bought. Worst manager and customer service ever. Do not recommend buying from this location.

I came around 9:30 am and store was closed. And google maps says open 9:30 am . So many people waited 30 minutes more . This is Not good . ?

I love Ross Stores. I also recognize that in order to save money you have to sacrifice something. Like bits of the customer service or occasionally long lines. But... If I could rate this particular store in minus, I would.
This store pretends to be a high end one, thus, carrying big spacing between the isles and having less merchandise. Way they treat people is disrespectful. They will go to a length to minimize you and your experience. When I was attempting to return defective perfume they stated not taking it back due to being open. How else one would find out that the spray part is broken? When I attempted to argue my case, person in charge stated "that's why when I want perfume I buy it from Macy's". Really? How professional.
I recently attempted to return shoes that apparently were "not to the standard" somehow. Apparently, as a customer, it was my job to ask for them to be discounted when I purchased those. Mind me that I was ok with the imperfect condition, with some paint missing on the sole and glue showing. Otherwise, the shoes were dazzling, designer and discounted. I was ok with the price, but they ended up being uncomfortable. I was belittled in front of the line for returning "used" shoes that I actually only wore while trying for about 5 mins on my carpeted floor. While finally getting a return, they managed to lose my receipt and due to this withholding $10 which I noticed only after coming home. So I turned around and went back. The matter was not only in money but in a principle as well. Apparently, the sales associate just threw my receipt into the bin instead of passing it to the lead, and it took the lead over 15 mins and an external call to give me the rest of my money back.
They do have some nice cashiers there, and I always been nice to them. But at this day I spent over 30 mins collectively doing 1 return, and while I dared to argue I was reprimanded for raising my voice...
I have been charged for items twice on several occasions, and when coming back they always behave like you have a malicious intent.
I spend a lot of money in Ross stores, but moving forward this store is not likely to get a lot of my business.
