Ross Dress for Less offers the best brands and latest fashions for family and home at significant discounts. The store provides a hit-or-miss shopping experience where customers are not guaranteed to find any specific item but may discover many useful things. The assortment includes numerous kitchen gadgets, storage containers, and mismatched items. Inventory and store conditions can vary; some visits find the store orderly, well-stocked, and exceptionally clean with well-sized and organized merchandise, while other times shelves can appear sparse, under-stocked, and messy, especially during busy periods like holidays. Organization is sometimes lacking, with items placed in the wrong areas. Customer service experiences differ greatly. Some staff, like those in the fitting room, can be very nice and helpful. However, interactions with cashiers are frequently mentioned as problematic, with reports of no greeting, eye contact, or smile, and a perceived lack of engagement or speed. There are also instances of long waits at registers with unclear open lanes. The store is conveniently located next to other major retailers. Overall, it is a place where shoppers might find good deals on a variety of goods, but the experience depends heavily on the day and staffing.
I cannot deal with the Alarm going off or staying on the entire time I'm there. If I don't have headphones, the entire experience is horrid. 3 separate occasions the alarm is on. And I have no idea how people just deal with it. If I was an employee, I'd have screamed and quit. Please KEEP IT OFF. 🤣🥴
