The representatives were very rude. I had got a new line from here a month ago, and had to trade-in my old phone. I had got a new phone and line during the promotional events in May. When I went to the store to return the old phone to complete the trade in process, one of the representatives - Robert had told me that they had an issue on their systems and had to reprocess the trade in request. They said they will cancel the trade in and start a new trade in process and they clearly mentioned that all the promotions would be applied that were present when I first got the new line. I had paid for the new phone up front which costed me $1200. I did this so I did not have to pay the usual fee for the new line. After they reprocessed the trade in process my new monthly changed for that new line. It did not take into account about upfront payment I made for the new phone. When I asked Robert about it he got very defensive and said he is not responsible for this. He asked me to get out of the store and call customer care and that he can't do anything about it. When I was trying to explain to him that there was a change in plan due to the reprocess of the trade in which they did he said he will not talk about it anymore and that we should get out of the store.
I tried to explain to another customer representative called David and he too had the same response. I requested for the manager of the store and Robert got extremely hostile towards us and said we are banned from the store. They were not ready to accept they messed up and now I have paid $1200 out of my pocket for a new phone/line and have to continue paying the monthly premium without the promotional credits applied when I first got the new line.
Another representative on the store stepped in when Robert was being very hostile and asked him to step aside and spoke to us calmly about the issue. We ended up getting on a call with the customer care representative for one hour about this issue and they said it would take upto 2 months for us to see the promotional credits due to the reprocess of the new trade in. Customer care noted down the store location and the names of David and Robert. Hopefully action is taken up on these two representative who did not want to admit their incompetence.
I am stuck with Verizon due to the 3 year lock plan. Will never ever choose or recommend anyone to choose Verizon

Extremely rude service from the representatives here. We were asked to “Get out of the store” because of a mistake they did. Robert and David, the two representatives of the store were extremely rude. Robert, who claimed to be the store manager, was really hostile towards us and spoke to us very loudly, constantly asking us to leave the store and also said “we’re banned from here”.
David said “we know how to do our job and if you know better, you should take the system and do it”. When we asked for our phone back which we gave for the trade-in, they refused to give it back and yelled at us again to leave the store. We have also raised a complaint about this in customer service, but I’m sure nothing much will be done about the issue.
I’ve never experienced such an issue before, granted customer services are usually terrible, but this was plain insult and rude behaviour which no one should put up with. I’m also surprised that Verizon hires such people as their representatives.
I’m forced to give one star to post this, otherwise this store does not deserve that. I’m also a 100% sure nothing will be done even after posting this review.

Amazing service from Robert at this Dulles 28 location. Had called verizon customer service last month to cancel a line but still received a bill. Went in today and talked to Robert - he saw that it wasn’t disconnected and helped me resolve the issue very quickly. Exceptional customer service!!! Thank you Robert!!

Wanted to purchase 5G Home Internet. Walked in, no acknowledgement or customary welcome please sign in and we'll be with you. No situational awareness from the two employees working. Guess I'll take my business to another location or walk a few feet to T-Mobile.

This is the spot to go too! Don't waste your time online or on the phone. Walked in looking for a business line. I was greeted by a gentleman name Stevie. Super knowledgable, and extremely professional. I was in and out with his process. Lets not forget the additional discount he qualified me for! Never realized I was over paying. Super glad I ran into Stevie.

This is the first time I feel soooo welcoming and actually supportive by a team at Verizon. Even better than the phone support. Such an amazing service, EVEN when there’s not desk with seats like the last few stores that I’ve visited, in this location just be ready to be stand up during your visit!! But I think the service worth all!

It was the worst store I have ever visited, they offered me a promotion in the business area, the employee named Edgardo offered me $900 free on any phone in the store and it is totally false, he guaranteed me a payment of $50 per month per line and it is false I went to another Verizon store and they printed the detailed Bill and I am paying 191$ the phone has a complete debt they offered me greater benefits if I changed from A&tt to Verizon business and it was all false

Hate Verizon’s online customer support. They make everything so complicated and takes them hours to get an order placed because of how much they keep you waiting and transferring you to fraud department and they keep transferring you from the fraud department to the customer support department and vise versa. I had to cancel 2 orders because I had enough of keeping up with their requirements of proceeding orders.

This store is the worst!
Went in to upgrade one of our phones. Picked out a purple phone, sales associate got a yellow one instead. Had me pay for everything before he brought out the merchandise. He was too busy trying to upsell us and try to get us to subscribe to Disney +. Did not show me the phone box before opening the box (every other time the associate shows us the boxes to make sure they are correct before opening them). Put the glass protector on, then turned the phone over, and I saw it was the wrong color. I pointed out it was the wrong color, and he said I need to pay a $50 restocking fee for the correct color or just deal with the wrong color. I said absolutely not since it was not my fault ( I had a witness that heard me say purple). He got the manager, and the manager said the same thing, I would need to pay the restocking fee. The associate even told the manager he did not do the "order viewing" with me before he opened the box. The manager said there was nothing she would do about it, I could call Verizon, but they would not help me either. I left my husband in the store and called Verizon. Turns out everything she told me was untrue, and the way my upgrade was handled from beginning to end did not align with policy. The manager was so rude and condescending with me, but once I left to call Verizon, her attitude changed with my husband.
My husband paid the restocking fee and Verizon customer service (who I was on the phone with) said we should have never been charged the restocking fee and the store could absolutely waive it (the manager said she could not and would not waive the fee).
This store needs better managers with better customer service and problem solving skills.

My phone got deactivated for some reason, I walked into this store. Fariba and Evelyn were SO helpful - called Verizon for me and got my SIM activated again. They really take care of you here.
