“We have been going to Caton’s, a family-owned business for over 25-years and with good reason, highly competent mechanics who will fix the problem the first time correctly.
This establishment is the epitome of old-school customer service who prioritize quality-of- work.
You will be treated fairly, and unlike some chains, they will not attempt to upsell you a service or part that is not needed. They will take the time to clearly explain the issue, repair options and provide a detailed quote.
All repairs are verified by the owner or his shop manager. We have never had to take a vehicle back because they failed to resolve the issue. On the one occasion a part failed (manufacturer defect), they replaced it immediately without question.
In this day of many businesses prioritizing volume over service and customer loyalty, it is often difficult to find a reliable automotive repair establishment you can trust. Caton’s is that establishment you are looking for.

The owner was very much hands on making sure the customers were attended to. His managers Akbar and Douglas were AMAZINGLY friendly, informative and most importantly understanding/patient with the customers. I overheard them explaining and giving the customers options for their services. There was a massage chair and beverages while you wait. The office is CLEAN. BEST SHOP IN TOWN and prices are fair/competitive. “Brought my Ford Escape for annual safety inspection, emissions smog check and oil change. Nataly Larin (service rep) told me the job will take roughly two hours. She gave me an update on what needs to be done to pass the safety inspection which I agreed to be done. Plus the recommended repairs of which I felt no pressure to get those done. True enough, Nataly came to pick me up from the waiting lounge two hours after dropped off (as promised) that my vehicle is ready. I am very satisfied with the service and attention that I received from Nataly. She has been the service representative twice in a row and I CAN say that she did an OUTSTANDING job. Kudos to her. Will definitely come back in the future.”

They went over all my vehicle information and explained everything although when I went to get another oil change at Walmart in front royal and Midas and Warrenton both said my oil plug was tightened to much or cross threaded. My oil change was quick and affordable and I was checked out by Rob who could not have been nicer! He also was able to offer me military discount without me even asking for one!
