“We have been going to Caton’s, a family-owned business for over 25-years and with good reason, highly competent mechanics who will fix the problem the first time correctly.
This establishment is the epitome of old-school customer service who prioritize quality-of- work.
You will be treated fairly, and unlike some chains, they will not attempt to upsell you a service or part that is not needed. They will take the time to clearly explain the issue, repair options and provide a detailed quote.
All repairs are verified by the owner or his shop manager. We have never had to take a vehicle back because they failed to resolve the issue. On the one occasion a part failed (manufacturer defect), they replaced it immediately without question.
In this day of many businesses prioritizing volume over service and customer loyalty, it is often difficult to find a reliable automotive repair establishment you can trust. Caton’s is that establishment you are looking for.

We had agreed on a repair price and when we went to pick up the car, Frank said it was cheaper because he found the part cheaper. He passed the savings to us when he didn't have to do that. He was cheaper than a station we had been using for decades with a preferred customer discount. Really nice people!”

“I had this shop perform a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) on a car I was considering buying. They seemed to do a thorough inspection, and I appreciated the time they spent looking the vehicle over.
The only downside for me was the price, which was a little on the high side compared to some other places I looked into. Also, after the inspection, I didn't receive a written report or photos documenting what they found. That doesn't mean the inspection wasn't high quality, but as someone buying a car from several hours away, having a detailed report with pictures would have been very helpful and would have given me something to refer back to later.
Overall, I believe they did a good inspection. My only suggestion would be to provide customers with a written report and photos along with the results, especially for people buying vehicles from out of town.

“?BEST EXPERIENCE AT A CAR SHOP EVER!!! I called in to ask for an oil change and right away I was greeted and assured I could come in. Showed up and got taken care of in UNDER 1HOUR YA’LL. The owner was very much hands on making sure the customers were attended to. His managers Akbar and Douglas were AMAZINGLY friendly, informative and most importantly understanding/patient with the customers. I overheard them explaining and giving the customers options for their services. There was a massage chair and beverages while you wait. The office is CLEAN. BEST SHOP IN TOWN and prices are fair/competitive. Trust me the staff and workmanship did not go unnoticed by my boyfriend who’s brutally honest and even he said this is one of the BEST shops he’s ever been to. Highly recommended and trusted. “Brought my Ford Escape for annual safety inspection, emissions smog check and oil change. Nataly Larin (service rep) told me the job will take roughly two hours. She gave me an update on what needs to be done to pass the safety inspection which I agreed to be done. Plus the recommended repairs of which I felt no pressure to get those done. True enough, Nataly came to pick me up from the waiting lounge two hours after dropped off (as promised) that my vehicle is ready. I am very satisfied with the service and attention that I received from Nataly. She has been the service representative twice in a row and I CAN say that she did an OUTSTANDING job. Kudos to her. Will definitely come back in the future.”

“I bought higher end tires at roughly half the cost of a dealership and had them installed in just over an hour (4 tires). They even put my spare tire away under the car after I told them not to worry about it! Robert was great and deserves a raise! Wish Walmart would have more employees assigned to this part of the store instead of those walking around the main store aimlessly. Make sure you make an appointment, otherwise you will wait a LONG time.”
