“I visited this Extra Space Storage Saturday and it is so far the most clean establishment I have ever seen. The parking lot, office and the hallways are immaculate i've seen at an Extra Space Storage location, so inviting. The lady at the office was so nice and helpful, I will definitely do business with them again!”

“Gabe provided excellent customer service while I was researching self-storage. Amazingly, I was referred to DSS by a local competitor who didn't have the storage size I needed. I am so glad because DSS's price was 50% lower. Gabe was very professional and answered all of my questions. I shared the information with my good friend from church, who had an unplanned short-term storage need. After Gabe gave us a tour of his clean, comfortable, and well-lit facility, she decided to rent a conditioned 5'W x 10'D x 9'H space. I will likely use DSS to store my kayak trailer when DSS has a vacancy, so I don't have to keep it on my property in Montclair, VA. If anyone asks me for a self-storage referral in the Dumfries-Montclair-Woodbridge area, I will refer them to DSS and the on-site manager, Gabe! What a great locally owned business!”

“Ms. Britteny was very helpful and professional from the start of use getting information to the time we moved our items in the storage. She was pleasant to work with, also always in good spirit.”
