Do not ship from this store!!!! Your package will be stolen/lost and little to no reimbursement on the ridiculous shipping costs! The owner says she has no control over what is lost. The item that was stolen/lost was one-of-a-kind, irreplaceable, and made someone VERY sad. Shame on you guys!!!!

Very unhelpful staff. Wouldn’t help me with my return. Staff member spoke to me like I’m stupid and when I asked her if she had a box she said no…no box at a UPS store??? Just very unhelpful

I had to get important documents asap to my daughter while she is away at college. I was given all available options, next day by 8:30am and the price, or next day by 12pm and the price. I went with next day at 12. I was given a tracking number and on my way within 5 minutes. After checking the tracking information, he important documents were delivered at 10am. Couldn't have been easier ?

Arrived at the store and I was helped by the whole staff in returning a king size mattress by amazon with a “QR” code and the“Customer Packed” option. I thought the return was paid off including the packaging but it doesn’t since on the instructions by Amazon states additional charges made be added. The return option was only through ups. I thought returning this item was going to be overwhelming but the staff made the return easy and convenient. I don’t mind paying since they do such a great job doing so. I always prefer this store than any other store. Exceptional customer experience. They resolved my return quickly and politely. The staff here moves fast no wonder it’s always busy, everyone seems to come back to this store. Continue on being a great business! Anyone who comes to this store is lucky enough to meet these amazing workers. Thanks again

I have been to my fair of UPS to do mail and returns and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I understand people have bad days and do not like their jobs but it is very unkind to treat 1 customer different. I was in waiting to return my items when the customer before was doing the same thing. However he was not told to pay 2.50$ because his package was not tapped. Employee number 148020 then proceed to help me with the same unpleasant attitude and immediately told me I have to pay 2.50$ for her to tape the TOP of my box. Only the top. Why was I treated differently and the customer prior not? I am not upset about paying 2.50$ but it’s the fact I have too when someone prior to me didn’t. A code of business ethic was broken here and I will no longer to returning to this establishment.

Returned a package at this location and it went missing! I asked the customer service agent who was assisting me if he could seal the package while I was there. He told me he would do it and tossed it behind the register. Today I find out the item is missing no one notified me. I called the store a gentleman answered and said I have no answer to your question!!! Terrible service, watch out.
