The only complaint I have is that I had requested a part unrelated to my claim be replaced, and they forgot to order it. Christina and Angel, who were behind the counter the day I came, were extremely helpful and kind. They explained everything, helped to choose a right battery, and helped me to make a return of my old one. Thanks to their great help, I didn't have to buy a new battery, but could replace it with a proper one with a minimal additional fee. Great customer service which AZ can be proud of.
