“Shout out to Suzanna - A+ for patience with my questions regarding core charges. Not for the guy that was working the day before though who told me they don't charge core charges for businesses. Had to check my old receipts!And from what I understand after going through this experience is that I shouldn't expect a core charge refund if I just bring my battery (purchased from B+) back and don't intend on buying a new one. That should be explained up front!All in all, great store, always have what I need. Like buying local.”
